We believe that timely access to therapy and support is very important during difficult times and circumstances.  Our goal is to provide psychological support as quickly as possible (within two weeks max) and address the long wait times in New Brunswick.

For even faster service, we partner with local Physicians to provide priority access to their patients which means we will reach out to those patients within three days of receiving the referral (either from your Doctor or if we hear directly from you) and will offer an appointment option within the following one week or less.

Appointments are generally virtual, although some in-person sessions can be provided. Blingual options exist, in English and French.
