Our Team
A casual-professional approach to
a professional practice in psychology
Meet our Team!
It’s no fun sitting on a waitlist for weeks or even months! …and when you’re waiting for mental and emotional support sooner is obviously better than later.
As I have gone back and forth between Alberta and New Brunswick, it became clear that I couldn’t make enough of a difference on my own and that’s why I have put together this incredible team of clinicians to help out. Our goal is to get services to you as quickly as possible but I also think you will be happy with not only when we respond, but with how helpful we can be.
Zane

Zane Webber, R. Psych
Owner, Licensed Psychologist (NB), Registered Psychologist (AB)
Zane Webber has been a Registered Psychologist in Alberta since 2001 and co-owns a thriving practice in Calgary, AB; a practice established in 1981 by Dr. Jon Amundson. In 2023, Zane saw the need for increased psychological services in New Brunswick and also became a Licensed Psychologist in NB.
Zane uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a therapeutic model, but with a focus on meaning making and relationships, thereby realizing the very practical application of CBT while still leaving room for the philosophy and magic that is part of the human condition. He also finds it helpful/necessary to better understand the relationships we hold with others, our community and even with ourselves in order to better make our way through the world. With his training in Family Systems (Marriage & Family Therapy), he works comfortably with children & teens, parents, individual adults, couples and families, as parts or as a whole.
His therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and meaning-focused insight work, helping clients explore how past experiences shape current patterns and decisions. Drawing from systems theory and narrative therapy, Zane supports individuals, couples, and families in building awareness, resilience, and clarity. He has worked a lot with police, military and other first responders and enjoys that work very much. With over two decades of experience—including years practicing in South Korea—he brings cultural agility and a deep understanding of diverse client needs. Zane specializes in working with children, parents, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, behavioral challenges, stress and life transitions.
Zane is available for in-person appointments in Fredericton or virtual appointments.

Marc Ross, PhD
Registered Psychologist (AB)
English or French Langauge
Courage, moderation, hope, wisdom, love, meaning and purpose, these are some of the qualities we wish for when we are struggling and in pain. If you or someone close to you are looking to embody these types of virtues in the face of adversity, I would like to offer my support.
We live in very uncertain and challenging times, and it can be a profound relief to have someone share the intimate details of your struggle; someone who is committed to a life of service and wisdom; someone who has learned from personal and professional experience how to shine a light on a persons inner resilience and resourcefulness.
I follow in the footsteps of the “wounded healer“ tradition. A Doctor who has been a Patient many times, who knows what it is like to face profound agony and grief… and who, by embracing his own brokenness as well as the brokenness of many others, has found a few breadcrumbs along the path to a life well lived.
Dr. Marc Ross is a bilingual Registered Psychologist available for virtual therapy in Fredericton and all of New Brunswick, in either English or French. With a clinical focus on evolutionary psychology, biofeedback, and hypnosis, Dr. Ross supports adolescents, couples, and families navigating chronic pain, physical injury, and trauma-related challenges. Dr. Ross is known for his integrative approach and commitment to accessible, inclusive care.
